Elijah Glay
The Glay family announces with deep regret the tragic death of Mr. Elijah Glay, son of former Grand Gedeh County Representative in the Liberian Legislature, Hon. William K. Glay and Mrs. Naomi Glay, this sad event occurred on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in Prince George’s County, Maryland, USA. Elijah migrated to the United States in 1990, during the peak of the civil war in his native country Liberia and resided here prior to his tragic death.
The late Elijah Glay is survived by his 7 months old daughter Norsia Glay, his father Honorable William K. Glay, Sr., mother Mrs. Naomi Glay; siblings: William Jr., Arthur, Kohn, Rodney, Alfred, Francoise, Nigel, Wilfred, Constance, Zoe, Delphine, Wilbert, Harriet and Hawa; uncles: Henry K. Glay, former National President of the Grand Gedeh Association in the Americas, Mr. Daniel S. Glay, Alphonso S. Glay, Amos Glay, Jerome Glay, Peter Glay, Mr. William Koon, Wilmot, Mr. Elkinah Logan, Mr. George Wesley; aunts: Esther, Dorothy, Lucy, Jaynyon, Ellen, Helena, Ruth, Edith, Mary, Maconi, Gertrude, Bea and Tuss as well as a host of other relatives and friends in the United States and Liberia respectively.
